Delete your account

You can delete your The Pebble Club account and everything in it. It cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, date of birth, pronouns, location, bio, interests, photo or avatar
• Every game and activity you have played, and their history
• Every conversation you are part of, including messages, songs and shared photos
• Your question prompt answers and your badges
• Your login and any push notification tokens

It happens immediately, not on a schedule. The only thing we may keep is a report another member made about you, where we need it to protect other people. Anonymous usage counts (that somebody opened a screen or started a game) keep a random id that no longer connects to anyone once your account is gone; email us if you want those erased too.

In the app

Open Profile, scroll to Delete your account, and confirm. This is the fastest way and needs nothing from us.

If you have already uninstalled it

Email hello@thepebbleclub.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm it is you, delete everything, and reply to say it is done. We aim to do this within 7 days and always within 30, as UK GDPR requires.

If you no longer have access to that email address, write from any address and tell us the first name on the account and roughly when you joined, and we will work it out with you.
