If you need someone now

The Pebble Club is not a crisis service and nobody here is on call. If you are struggling, these people are, day and night, and they are free:

• Samaritans: call 116 123, any time. Or email jo@samaritans.org.
• Shout: text SHOUT to 85258 if talking is hard.
• Emergencies: call 999 if you or someone else is in immediate danger.

If someone here is treating you badly

Every conversation and every game has a block-and-report control. Blocking is silent: they are never told, and they disappear from your lists and you from theirs. Reporting sends it to us, and a person reads every report, within 24 hours.

You never owe anyone a reply, an explanation, or a goodbye. Leaving a conversation is always allowed.

Things nobody here should ever do

No member should ask you for money, bank or card details, your address or phone number, or to move the conversation to another app. If someone does, report it. Those requests are blocked automatically where we can spot them, but do not rely on that.
